Brendon is our Managing Director and founded Kiwi back in 2014. Originally from New Zealand, Brendon has a background working as a chef in numerous high-end restaurants across the world but decided to pursue a career in recruitment which now spans over a decade. Brendon has used his valuable experience managing businesses over the years to oversee the current successes that is now enabling Kiwi Recruitment to expand as the demand for our services grows ever greater.
Jenny | Operations Director
Jenny is our Operations Director and began her career in recruitment in the west end of
London. Since relocating to West Sussex over 20 years ago Jenny has worked for
both national and independent recruitment agencies.
Jenny has seen the rise of Kiwi since joining with us 6 years ago and has been a key part
of the puzzle that oversees the success of the company today.
As well as running the business she also specialises in permanent recruitment and with her
vast industry and market knowledge Jenny has been key in the upward trajectory
that the business has been on since her arrival.
Kerry joined us here at Kiwi in March 2021 through the Government Kickstart scheme as a novice with no previous experience in Recruitment but was keen to engage in a career in our industry. Kerry has been nothing short of a success story for us and has quickly become a crucial member of the business.
Since joining, Kerry has certainly found her feet in all aspects of the business which has seen her quickly rise up the promotional ladder. Kerry initially joined us as a candidate resourcer but soon after took on the responsibility of our Branch administration which has combined nicely for her to now be promoted as Office Manager.
Kerry handles all areas of the Business Administration from overseeing the training of our new Candidate Managers, the ordering and management of the business stationery and PPE to assisting the staff with IT issues and co-ordinating with our IT and office equipment suppliers.
During the day she will wear many hats and covers other staff members roles during holiday periods including our Payroll function.
Dennis has been a member of the team here at Kiwi for 3 years and has been studying accounts and payroll for nearly 6 years. Joining Kiwi was the perfect opportunity for Dennis to showcase his skills and abilities within this role and he has flourished since joining us in June 2019.
Payroll Administrator is a very important part of our business as you would expect for a Recruitment Agency. Dennis organises and processes the weekly payroll for all our temporary staff as well as the monthly payroll for the Kiwi staff.
In addition to this, Dennis also works on the invoicing and accounts for our sister company Plant Planet. Despite being young, Dennis has a wealth of experience working in the accounts industry and we can’t wait to see him continue to develop with us at Kiwi Recruitment.
Sharon is our Manager for the Temporary Division and has been with us for over 5 years now. Sharon brings 25 years of experience and knowledge within the recruitment industry and has been instrumental in the rise and success of Kiwi.
Sharon’s role includes covering many job sectors for our temporary recruitment side of the business. She has years of experience managing teams and oversees all our Candidate Managers to ensure that we deliver on our promise of a fast, friendly and reliable approach to recruitment.
We are very lucky to have someone with the experience and expertise of Sharon’s to continue to steer the temporary recruitment ship on a successful path as she has done for over 5 years.
Dominic joined the team in May 2022 as our Trainee Hospitality & Events Consultant. This was a completely new role for Dominic however under the expert guidance of Sharon as well as his own determination and willingness to learn and progress, he has come on leaps and bounds in his short time with us so far.
Whilst still a rookie in the recruitment industry, Dominic is a natural with our candidates and has shown very promising signs that this is a career he can do very well in, and we look forward to watching Dominic further develop his qualities with us at Kiwi.
Alfie is our first port of call for all marketing and social media work within the business. He has been with us at Kiwi since May 2021 having taken up his first role within Marketing after leaving university cruelly interrupted by the covid-19 pandemic.
Working within Marketing has long been a passion of Alfie’s and he has been gaining experience in the industry since the early age of 14.
Alfie joined us through the Government Kickstart scheme and has since progressed through the ranks in his time here, completing the scheme in addition to his digital marketing apprenticeship as well as his duties here at Kiwi.
Looking after the business across all our social media platforms, website maintenance, job posting, blogging, organising of events, and making sure we are maximising our digital & online potential are all in the hands of Alfie.
