The role of a Branch Manager;

  • Leads the branch team to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
  • Has a can-do / will-do attitude and can work within a small team.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Lead staff by example.
  • Lead the branch team to achieve branch performance targets.
  • Has coaching and management skills to bring the best out of your team.
