Our client is a newly renovated independent gastro pub who are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their highly enthusiastic and passionate team.

Their passion is all about supporting local fresh produce to deliver innovative seasonal menus.

All staff are supported and trained by their creative and passionate Head chef and the successful candidate will enjoy fantastic opportunities for career progression.

You will have a broad range of cooking experience, with a minimum of 3 years experience, have excellent communication skills and be able to work well within a team and inspire others by leading from the front.

Whilst also showing enthusiasm, be energetic, supportive to junior members of the team and to work within a diverse and inclusive environment.

Hours will be on a full time basis and be a mixture of straight and split shifts and will include weekends on a rota however, the owners will offer flexible working patterns.

The Salary offered will be c£33k per annum dependant upon experience plus tips
