£14.00 per hour (self employed at a higher rate)
Chichester/Bognor Area
Kiwi Recruitment have several clients based in Chichester and Bognor who are urgently seeking weekend Chefs to work within the care industry. The shifts will generally be alternate weekends, but the option is there for other days as well.
Our client is looking for good and fresh home cooked food and the Chef must ensure residents with special dietary needs receive attractive, appropriate, and varied meals.
Requirements:
- A patient and caring nature with the enthusiasm to provide appropriate and varied meals
- You will have a current DBS
- Weekend Availability
- Experience in a similar role in a restaurant, care home or other relevant environment
- Used to delivering exceptional quality food in high volumes
- Experience of the management of a small kitchen team would be desirable
- Good understanding of health and safety and other current relevant legislation
- Knowledge of allergens a distinct advantage
