Customer Service Advisor

Kiwi Recruitment are currently looking for a customer service advisor to join a team within a small but busy office in the Midhurst area. The right candidate will have experience in a customer service type role and administration and must be friendly and keen to help customers.

The role involves:

  • Taking incoming calls from existing customers
  • Discussing their order requirements and entering them onto our system (full training provided)
  • Calling prospective customers (these customers may have met us at an exhibition and expressed an interest, or may be cold-calls to prospective customers in our own database)
  • Calling existing customers to inform them about our new products or seasonal offerings

Requirements:

  • You need to be comfortable speaking to customers on the telephone
  • Friendly and professional in approach
  • Organised and proven background in working in a busy environment with tight deadlines

The ideal candidate will be:

  • IT literate, efficient, organised and with great attention to detail
  • Confident communicator both verbal and written you will have a polite and approachable telephone manner
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and understand the importance of concise communication
  • Team player and focused enough to excel against targets, the willingness to get “stuck” in as and when required

Working Hours and benefits:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 00-17.00
  • 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays and Company pension scheme
