Kiwi Recruitment have a great short-term opportunity for an experienced Finance Admin Assistant to work in a well-known and continually growing company based in Five Oaks.
This is fantastic opportunity for a professional and personable individual seeking a temporary assignment.
Hours: Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm.
Key duties will include the following:
* Sales ledger invoicing and administration
* Purchase ledger processing and reconciling supplier statements
* Assisting credit control
* Cashbook functions and bank reconciliations
* Product returns administration
* Assist with stock level monitoring and ordering
* All other ad hoc finance admin as requested
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous finance admin experience preferable, sector experience non- essential
* MS Office
* The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic individual
