Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 – 12:30.
Salary: dependent on skills.
This is a part time temporary to permanent position. You will be working 15 hours a week.

The ideal candidate will be qualified at ATT level or have the relevant experience. You will be hard working with a can-do attitude and be willing to learn and develop your skills. You will need to be highly organised with a high level of attention to detail.
You will have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel. Previous experience in the legal sector would be advantageous.
Working alongside the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will be interesting and wide ranging, to include:
- Raising & sending client invoices
- Credit control & debt collection
- Purchase ledger and accounts payable
- Nominal postings
- Monitoring client ledgers
- Liaising with solicitors regarding ledgers
- Taking payments
As the business grows there is potential for the successful candidate to progress to a more senior position should they wish to do so. Future responsibilities might include:
- Bank reconciliations
- Cash flow monitoring
- Assisting with setting and monitoring budgets
- Reporting Management Information and agreed KPIs
