Kiwi are expanding……… we are currently looking to grow our award-winning team and have a new position for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant. We are interested in speaking to any experienced recruiters, who have a background, within a technical or engineering background, or perhaps you have a desire to work in Recruitment and just want an opportunity, but you already have a proven background in Sales.
You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, winning new clients and nurturing relationships. building professional relationships and market knowledge.
You will source candidates, win clients and match the right candidate to the right job in order to generate fee revenue. It’s hard work as you will have to hit both sales and KPI activity targets
You will have to be very driven, enthusiastic individual with a passion or desire to succeed.
You will have the ability to work quickly and professionally in a busy environment, where pace and urgency is key to success
This is a growing division and it’s a brand-new desk which will need a focused and organised individual to take full ownership.
Achieving activity targets to maximise new business opportunities whilst building strong, lasting relationships with clients
Carrying out sales activity including:
generating leads, researching prospects, co-ordinating mailshots and e-shots and making proactive calls to prospect clients
Attending meetings with new clients to manage relationships.
You will need a driving licence and own transport
Writing advertisements, selecting and interviewing suitable candidates and matching them effectively to permanent and contract assignments
