This role involves calling companies from a database, speaking to a wide range of companies, and appointment generating. Easy right? The best bit though, you get handsome commission based on how many you get!
My client have a strong, tight knit office of sales people, they have a relaxed and fun environment, and a few KPIs just to keep you on track, and make sure that you’re going to get as much commission as possible!
Cold calling companies, building trust and setting appointments on behalf of your client.
Being proactive to generate strong sales.
Cleansing of internal database.
Working to KPIs to keep you on track, and most importantly, make you rich!
Other duties as required to maximise appointments.
Experience in telesales sales environments.
A strong track record of achieving targets.
Eloquence and ability to hold a conversation with clients.
A positive, money driven attitude to work.
A sense of humour!
Driven to earn promotions and progress your career.
Basic Salary – £16,000 – £20,000 dependant on experience
Realistic OTE – £22,000 – £26,000, but top performers here are earning upwards of £45,000!
