Without further ado, let us introduce you to our newest member of the Kiwi team—Jenny!
With 15 years of recruitment experience under her belt, Jenny has a lots of experience to bring to the table and specializes in placing candidates in permanent jobs (but also helps out in allocating temporary roles).
A little bit about Jenny: she lives on the sea front in Pagham, she is a passionate animal lover and, as she said in her own words, “Like everyone else, I love to travel!”
When we asked what brought her to this role, she said: “I relocated from Chiswick in West London to Sunny West Sussex around 14 years ago where I worked for a recruitment company in Chichester for 10 years then off to work in Portsmouth for four years and now I’m back in Chichester, which is fantastic!”
When it comes to recruitment, she works tirelessly to find the right roles for her clients. “I will not stop until I source the right person for my clients, the service I provide is honest and trustworthy and with my wealth of experience I am best placed to offer a complete consultative service.”
She’s only worked at Kiwi Recruitment for five weeks, but already she’s helped many people find their dream jobs. “Recently, I placed a candidate as a Marketing Executive for a global communications company. She had her first interview with the Sales Director and her second interview with the Marketing team in Korea.
“She was offered the job that day. Next thing, I ring her asking of she would be happy to travel to Korea in the next 48 hours for training—both of us were googling facts on Korea and planning what outfits she would need to pack.
“We go further than just finding our candidates regular jobs. She recently came back telling me that she had the most amazing time and met loads of new people—and that this had always been her dream job.”
“Kiwi is a fantastic, dedicated and fun team, but this could be to do with the fact the office has its own mini wine bar (and organic beers!). The team is led by MD Brendon Cook, whose passion for the company is contagious amongst the team, which creates a great working environment.
