What to expect at Kiwi Recruitment

If it’s your first time entering the doors of a recruitment agency and you don’t know what to expect, that’s perfectly understandable. Let’s map out your journey through our doors when you come and see us at Kiwi. Here is what to expect from us:

Whether or not you have an appointment, everyone is always welcome to come in and have a chat with one of our recruitment consultants for some help or friendly advice.

When you come in you will be greeted by our lovely receptionist who will ask you to take a seat whilst you complete one of our registration forms. These forms are for you to fill in personal details as well as work experience etc. You will need a passport or birth certificate to apply, so make sure to bring your ID with you.

When you have completed the forms let our reception know and they will call for one of our recruitment consultants to come over and have a chat with you. Sometimes it may be that our consultants are very busy, in which case our receptionist will have a chat with you. The purpose of this chat will be for us to get a deeper understanding of your previous job experiences as well the type of work you are looking for.

And that’s all that we need! A recruitment consultant will be in touch with you once they have a placement that is suitable for you. Whilst you are waiting for that call, should you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask us, you are always able to call, email or pop back in to our office.
