Kiwi Recruitment are proud of the team we’ve created over the last four years. We are an enthusiastic group of skilled individuals who are dedicated to achieving the best service they can offer. The Kiwi office holds a friendly nature at its heart; striving to deliver first class service whilst treating each candidate and client as an individual. We aim to find candidates work tailored to their own specific needs and desires and find clients the best workforce they can ask for. Meet our brilliant Kiwi crew below.

Brendon Cook Managing Director

Brendon is a determined and highly motivated person. He takes the job seriously but is able to see things in perspective which makes him quite easy-going to work with.

Jenny Oliva Branch Manager

Jenny has 19 years of experience in the recruitment industry and has relocated from Chiswick to West Sussex. She specializes in commercial recruitment(with 15 years management experience) and is passionate about animals.

Sharon Hodgetts Service Coordinator

Sharon has been in recruitment for more years than she cares to remember. She is a Service Coordinator for the company, using her experience to assist consultants on a day to day basis.

Sam Hickman Hospitality & Catering Consultant

Sam joined Kiwi in June 2018 and hasn't looked back! With basic recruitment experience already, he felt that Kiwi would be a great place to build on that experience. In his spare time, Sam plays football and has taken up golf recently.

Alice Cox Temporary Consultant

Alice joined Kiwi in 2017, with 5 years experience in the industry. Initially she fell into Recruitment, however, she has stuck with it because she genuinely enjoys it. The thrill of successfully filling a position, the pressure and the competition, all motivates her to do better each day.

Rebecca Burrell Temporary Consultant

Rebecca has been with Kiwi since October, and has been loving every second of it. She is one of our Temporary Consultants, and she fills her spare time with a vast amount of hobbies (including acting, singing and photography).

Ioana Palosanu Junior IT Technician

Ioana has been with Kiwi Recruitment since October 2015, starting out as an Apprentice in Social Media for Business. She is now a Junior IT Technician at the company, working around her degree. In her spare time she enjoys playing lacrosse. 

Sarah Tebb Social Media & Marketing

Sarah is in charge of our Social Media & Marketing. She is happiest when either reading, enjoying the outdoors or down the pub!
