Brendon is our Managing Director and founded Kiwi back in 2014. Originally from New Zealand, Brendon has a background working as a chef in numerous high-end restaurants across the world but decided to pursue a career in recruitment which now spans over a decade. Brendon has used his valuable experience managing businesses over the years to oversee the current successes that is now enabling Kiwi Recruitment to expand as the demand for our services grows ever greater.
Operations Director
Jenny is our Operations Director and began her career in recruitment in the west end of London. Since relocating to West Sussex over 20 years ago Jenny has worked for both national and independent recruitment agencies.
Jenny has seen the rise of Kiwi since joining with us 6 years ago and has been a key part of the puzzle that oversees the success of the company today.
Candidate Manager
Mimi has recently joined us as one of our Candidate Managers, she is a go to when it comes to Permanent roles! “I’m new to the Kiwi team but feel I have fit straight in and become part of the furniture already. The team here are a family and we all care for each other and each of our candidates. Having worked within recruitment before, I wanted to develop my skill set and knowledge of the industry. I am a hard-working, ambitious woman who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task I undertake or situation I am presented with.
Payroll Administrator
Dennis has been a member of the team here at Kiwi for 3 years and has been studying accounts and payroll for nearly 6 years. Joining Kiwi was the perfect opportunity for Dennis to showcase his skills and abilities within this role and he has flourished since joining us in June 2019.
Payroll Administrator is a very important part of our business as you would expect for a Recruitment Agency. Dennis organises and processes the weekly payroll for all our temporary staff as well as the monthly payroll for the Kiwi staff.
Divisional Manager - Temporary staff
Sharon is our Manager for the Temporary Division and has been with us for over 5 years now. Sharon brings 25 years of experience and knowledge within the recruitment industry and has been instrumental in the rise and success of Kiwi.
Sharon role includes covering many job sectors for our temporary recruitment side of the business. She has years of experience managing teams and oversees all our Candidate Managers to ensure that we deliver on our promise of a fast, friendly and reliable approach to recruitment.
We are very lucky to have someone with the experience and expertise of Sharon to continue to steer the temporary recruitment ship on a successful path as she has done for over 5 years.
Admin & Marketing Coordinator
Lauren is our Admin and Marketing Coordinator; she is the first face you see at our Reception desk as you enter the office! She has only recently joined the team but feels so welcomed and part of the Kiwi family already. Lauren greets and assists in registering our Candidate’s, deals with all office administration including our CRM system, takes care of all things marketing and any other office tasks that need her assistance. “Joining the lovely Kiwi Team is a great opportunity for me to explore a new industry and broaden my skills within the office environment. I’m excited and ambitious for the future here and love being part of the team”
We want to alert our candidates to a current scam that preys on job seekers. Some scammers might contact you with enticing job offers to extract your personal information or ask for payment. This scam is currently widespread and affecting thousands of recruiters in the UK.
Our recruiters will never contact you initially via WhatsApp message. Initial contact will be by phone on 01243 782763, via job board if you have applied or have a public CV, or by email from an official Kiwi Recruitment address.
Please remember if you are contacted by our team, they would only conduct themselves in a professional manner and will never make any suspicious requests. We would like to thank those who have forwarded us the evidence of this scam. We would also encourage you to report any suspicious scams to the Action Fraud here.
