Kiwi Recruitment are proud of the team we’ve created over the last four years. We are an enthusiastic group of skilled individuals who are dedicated to achieving the best service they can offer. The Kiwi office holds a friendly nature at its heart; striving to deliver first class service whilst treating each candidate and client as an individual. We aim to find candidates work tailored to their own specific needs and desires and find clients the best workforce they can ask for. Meet our brilliant Kiwi crew below.

Brendon Cook Managing Director

Brendon is a determined and highly motivated person. He takes the job seriously but is able to see things in perspective which makes him quite easy-going to work with.

Jenny Oliva Branch Manager

Jenny has been the branch manager at Kiwi for over 3 years. Having previously worked in West London in the West End, Jenny has vast experience in various sectors; She has managed and run temp desks as well as large accounts such as West Sussex County Council and the NHS in London.

Sharon Hodgetts Service Coordinator

Sharon has been in recruitment for more years than she cares to remember. She is a Service Coordinator for the company, using her experience to assist consultants on a day to day basis.

Rebecca Burrell Temporary Consultant

Rebecca has been with Kiwi since October, and has been loving every second of it. She is one of our Temporary Consultants, and she fills her spare time with a vast amount of hobbies (including acting, singing and photography).

Ioana Palosanu Junior IT Technician

Ioana has been with Kiwi Recruitment since October 2015, starting out as an Apprentice in Social Media for Business. She is now a Junior IT Technician at the company, working around her degree. In her spare time she enjoys playing lacrosse. 

Christine Gilchrist Branch Administrator

Christine has more than 40 years of Admin experience, and joined Kiwi Recruitment back in September 2019 as one of our Branch Administrators. In her spare time, Christine loves to travel as much as she can.

Dennis Hayes Payroll Manager

Dennis is the payroll admin/apprentice for Kiwi and his role is to process the payroll for our external candidates each week. Dennis is currently studying for the AAT Level 3 payroll apprentice qualification and hopes to progress onto further courses in payroll.

Ellie Baldwin Marketing Manager

Ellie has put her degree in English and Creative Writing to good use since joining Kiwi in June 2019. Ellie deals with the marketing here at Kiwi; writing content and copy for the website and social media, among other tasks. Also working for our Managing Director's other business ventures as a Content Writer, it’s lucky that writing is one of Ellie’s strong passions.
