21 Apr Kiwi Recruitment shortlisted for not one, but two awards!

As a Chichester based recruitment agency, we have been nominated for Start-up Business and Employer of the Year at the Chichester Business Awards. After one year of hard work and dedication to our customers, we are extremely excited to attend the star-studded awards ceremony to find out if we will be crowned winners.

The Observer & Gazette Business Awards celebrate business excellence within the circulation of the Chichester Observer, Bognor Regis Observer, Midhurst & Petworth Observer newspapers and the Littlehampton Gazette. These awards are in their 8th year and are organised by Johnston Press and are dedicated to recognizing, rewarding and celebrating local businesses, such as Kiwi Recruitment.

We have been shortlisted for Start-up Business due to our amazing efforts as a new company who have caught the imagination of the local community in West Sussex. We have also been nominated for Employer of the Year due to our great staff relations, retention and offering excellent training opportunities – basically we love our employers so much we want to be the best company to work for!

The glittering awards ceremony will be held on Friday April 22 at Hilton Avisford Park Hotel in Arundel. There are 20 categories in total and there will be a ‘Readers Choice’ category and the winner of this will be decided by the readers of the Observer series given Kiwi Recruitment the possibility of taking three awards home.

With our small but awesome team of five, we are extremely proud to be shortlisted for three awards in the large region of West Sussex. Congratulations to our fantastic business and keep your fingers crossed for us!
