If it’s your first time coming through the doors of a recruitment agency, you’re probably going to be a little confused and unsure of what to expect.
Most recruitment agencies work in similar ways, but we’re here to tell you what happens when you come through the doors at Kiwi Recruitment. Whether you have an appointment or not, you’re always welcome to pop in for a chat with a recruitment agent for some help or advice.
You will be greeted by our friendly receptionist and asked to take a seat whilst you complete one of our registration forms. These are forms that ask you to fill in personal details as well as work experience etc. You will need a passport or birth certificate to apply, so be sure to bring your ID with you.
Once you’ve completed the form, inform the receptionist that you are finished and she will likely call a recruitment agent over for a chat. It’s not uncommon for our agents to be busy, so it may be that the receptionist has a chat with you themselves. The purpose of this chat will be to delve deeper into your job experience as well as the type of work that you are looking for.
That’s it! C’est voilà. A recruitment agent will get in touch with you once they have a suitable placement for you. If you have any questions in the mean time, you are always able to call, email, or pop into the office.
